The ONE: Orientation of New Employees seminars are about directives from the outset.  CSC hosts seminars that are held to assist small businesses that do not have formal orientation for their single employee.   CSC leadership created the seminar for small businesses that do not have formal orientation seminars for their newly-hired employees; specifically recognized as a pivotal component to the on-boarding phase, small businesses are often unable to accommodate this challenge and void.  The seminars were created to fill this void. The leadership created this program over 20 years ago and introduced the concept to the various careers and employment agencies that are often now offering these.

Sending your new employees to us will assist with the foundational information sharing on workplace ethics, civility in the workplace, including fundamentals of business​ etiquette is a sound investment.   How does the ONE Seminar work? 

The seminars are held three days of the week:   Monday in Miami-Dade, Wednesday in Broward, and Fridays in Palm Beach.  CSC have several employees from various companies in a single setting.   But, if a single employee registers, we conduct a seminar for that very important person. We provide all the training materials and venue.
